Prashansa Lavender candle

£15.00

This is the largest candle in the Dalit range. It’s designed for indoor use and will burn for around 42 hours. Each candle is housed in a terracotta pot with a varnished rim, scaled down versions of the ones used for day-to-day activities all over India.

The Prashansa candle smells of lavender, with a hint of vanilla and beeswax and are produced in India by the workforce of Dalit.

Dalit the organisation work with Dalit people, those at the bottom of India’s caste system. Sales of the products provide funding to help house and educate street children.

They are beautiful candles and - in our experience - make a good centrepiece or can be grouped in an unused fireplace.

Materials: beeswax & lavender with vanilla, pot terracotta, packaging cardboard & paper

Dimensions: 6cm x 9cm
