Earl Grey black tea bags

Good and Proper Tea aim to bring the quality we’ve got used to in artisan coffee to your homebrewed cup of tea.

Their Earl Grey blend brings the delicate bergamot oil taste you’d expect from the earl, but a robust base of Ceylon tea means there’s nothing washed out about it.

The tea bags make for an easy brewing experience and are made entirely from biodegradable and compostable materials. Each box contains 15 tea-bags and weighs 37.5g.

For us, Good and Proper Tea show the true value of tea, making sure that producers are paid fairly and that - unlike some mass-produced teas - everything they produce is made from the best leaves. It costs a little more, but you’re paying for ethics and quality. 

That also means we value it as a brewing and drinking experience, giving those leaves time to unfurl and sitting down to enjoy it without distractions.

Tea is from a blend of Kangaita, Kirinyaga District, Kenya; Khongea Estate, Assam, India; Dimbula and Sri Lanka teas.
