Croissant Dark Chocolate Bar

£7.95

Flaky. Buttery. Entirely irresistible.

This bar started with a simple idea: take the essence of a perfect croissant and turn it into chocolate. The result is smooth, buttery chocolate blended with shards of real, baked croissant, flaked and browned to bring a crisp texture and deep, toasty flavour.

It’s made using fine Arriba Nacional cacao from Hacienda Victoria, a progressive Ecuadorian farm known for its careful fermentation and thoughtful land stewardship. The mellow, nutty profile of the beans pairs beautifully with the richness of the croissant.

Handmade bean-to-bar in Suffolk, this is a bar best eaten soon because fresh croissant flavour waits for no one.

We’re always on the lookout for chocolate that delivers on both flavour and values and this family run team of bakers and chocolate makers from Suffolk do exactly that.

They work directly with cocoa farmers through a transparent supply chain that prioritises ethics, sustainability and fairness paying well above Fairtrade prices, with money going straight to the growers. That means better livelihoods, stronger communities, and more environmentally responsible farming.

They’re also just as thoughtful closer to home. From sourcing the best minimally treated beans to using plastic-free, compostable packaging, this is a business that cares deeply about what it makes and how it’s made.

Ethical, delicious, and rooted in the landscape around them. Just the way we like it.
