As the earth stirs from winter’s rest, so too can our bodies—guided by the cleansing, nourishing herbs that flourish in early spring. 

Join us, in March, for a hands-on workshop with herbalist Leslie Astor of Fifield Road Apothecary, where we’ll learn about the healing power of seasonally foraged herbs & plants.

 Blending folklore, mythology, and modern herbal science, this workshop invites you to deepen your relationship with plant medicine, both physically and spiritually. Together, we’ll work with fresh and dried herbs to craft a spring tea blend and press a vibrant tonic tincture for you to bottle and take home.

Your ticket will also include a Plantain Drawing & Healing Balm (worth £10) and 10% off any in-store purchases.
