A bar that started as an experiment and became a classic.

This was the first chocolate bar (as far as we know) to be made with sourdough. It’s a combination of our two favourite things: rich, single-origin dark chocolate and Pump Street sourdough crumbs, baked in-house. A pinch of Halen Môn sea salt lifts everything beautifully.

The result is a sophisticated mix of smooth, malty chocolate and gentle crunch with just a hint of sourness and salt to keep things interesting.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sourdough breadcrumbs (12%) (wheatflour with added calcium, iron, niacin and thiamine, sea salt), Halen Môn sea salt (<1%). Dark chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 66%.
