Walnut Oil

A delicious walnut oil that can really elevate dressings and baking. The walnuts are farmed in the south of Italy using methods that promote biodiversity and prevent soil erosion, but are pure-pressed into oil in Oxfordshire. 

We’re big fans of Food and Forest who combine the latest agricultural science with traditional farming methods, helping farmers produce traditional arable crops and healthy nut harvests. 

Growing productive trees alongside crops such as corn and wheat helps with soil erosion, getting rainwater to penetrate fields and provides a bio diverse habitat for insects, birds and animals.
