SPILL tea comes from the hills of Rwanda, where picking tea isn’t just a job but an art form. Farmers follow a beautifully precise standard with the freshest two leaves and a bud, snipped from the very top of the bush. Not too big, not too small. 

And because this care matters, farmers are paid a premium for it. Every leaf is picked by hand because hands, unlike machines, really see what’s worth keeping.
