Shrewsbury biscuits
£10.00
This isn’t a Shrewsbury biscuit as you might know it. In fact, with apologies to the good people of Shropshire*, this might be a better version. Biskut’s take on the classic biscuit is small in diameter, but chunky in width with a satisfying crumble. It also contains caraway seeds rather than currants and is also enhanced with rose and the tropical plant pandan.
These biscuits work with tea, but also make an attractive addition to any cheese board.

We fell in love. Biskut Bar gave us biscuits and, while we aren’t open to bribery, a well-timed biscuit can deeply impress us. We’re also impressed by Biskut Bar’s all-round commitment to working in a better way, from their eco-friendly packaging to their continued support of charities like the environmentally focused Greenspark and food redistribution group The Felix Project.
