Shampoo Bar

This is shampoo without the bottle and without the compromise.

In the UK alone, hundreds of millions of plastic shampoo bottles are thrown away every year. Fifield’s solid shampoo bars offer a simple alternative, made for people who care about what they use and what they leave behind.

These aren't soap bars masquerading as shampoo. They’re carefully formulated with naturally derived, plant-based ingredients that cleanse properly while respecting the delicate balance of the scalp.

Each highly concentrated bar lasts a long time - around three months with regular use. 

The bar comes in a biodegradable cotton drawstring bag inside a reusable aluminium screw-top tin, making it ideal for travel. Keep it dry between uses and it’ll look after you just as well as it looks after your hair.

A considered swap for the bathroom. Once you’ve made it, it’s hard to go back.

We're fascinated by Fifield Road Apothecary founder Leslie Jowett Astor's knowledge of plants and what they can do. She uses plant-based, ethically sourced ingredients, including sustainably foraged plants and flowers from the land around her family's regenerative farm in the Cotswolds.

Instructions: Apply bar to wet head and rub into scalp in a circular motion until a sufficient lather is formed. Massage through the hair, then rinse as normal. For best results follow with Fifield Road Apothecary Solid Conditioning Bar.
