Raw British Hot Honey (Medium Heat)

This is honey with a bit of attitude.

British wildflower honey, blended with a habanero chilli and nothing else. Sweet first, then a slow, warming heat that knows when to stop. Medium spice, properly balanced, and very moreish.

Drizzle it over pizza, spoon it onto halloumi fries, spread it on a burger, or use to spice up your ice cream!

Ingredients: Honey 99%, Habanero mash 1% (Red Habanero Chilli Peppers [82%], Salt, Acetic Acid).

Instructions: Unsuitable for babies under 12 months. Store at room temperature. As our honey is unprocessed, it can set over time. If it does, warm gently to re-liquefy.
