You want to up your cracker game? Okay, it’s probably never crossed your mind, but now you’ve seen these crispy lavosh flatbreads, flavoured with rosemary and sea salt or poppy seed, now you want to bring higher quality bread snacks into your life.
They’re made by Step and Stone, a Bristol-based bakery who work with young adults who have learning disabilities.
We’re impressed by Step and Stone on a few levels. We love how good their products taste - and the fact that they take great care to source ingredients that are both local to them and of a very high quality - including organic flour from Gloucestershire and cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Somerset.
We also love the well-founded confidence they have in all of the young people they work with. Step and Stone know that good training in a supportive environment gives people with learning disabilities the opportunity to really flourish.
