This is a truly sophisticated chocolate, blending a Middle Eastern flavour profile with ingredients from the coasts of Kent and Scotland and then topped off with a light dusting of gold.

The bag contains thick shards of creamy white chocolate, augmented with cardamom and fennel seeds. The Scottish sea salt prevents the whole thing from becoming too sweet. Everything combines for an unusual, wonderful, taste. Something to be enjoyed slowly.
