Wool felt slippers

£55.00
These are traditional slippers, handmade in Nepal by women who are using handed-down skills. But they are also very modern slippers, refined over two years to appeal to those who many normally be slipper-averse. The slippers are handcrafted from 100% wool felt, with Himalayan buffalo suede leather soles which can be handwashed and dried in the sun.

Nauseni was founded in Nepal by Wilatluk following the 2015 earthquake. Many women didn’t want handouts, but wished to rebuild their lives through meaningful work. Now, Nauseni empowers women by developing and adding value to traditional craft skills. We love that these slippers do good, but we also love their softness and their feel on the foot.

Individually handcrafted in Nepal from 100% natural wool and genuine Himalayan buffalo suede leather.

Safety: please do not use on wet, icy or slippery surfaces.

Care: for lightly soiled slippers, use a damp cloth to dab at the mark. For more soiled slippers, soak or gently hand wash in warm soapy water. Whilst they are still wet, put your feet inside the slippers and pad to shape before taking them off to dry naturally in the sun.

Sizing is unisex.
