Cobnut Oil
Cobnuts are a specific type of hazel nut, usually grown in Kent, and are a traditional part of the county's landscape - but the crops behind this oil were pure-pressed in Oxford. The oil has an excellent flavour and works well as a dressing and in vegan baking.
We’re big fans of Food and Forest who combine the latest agricultural science with traditional farming methods, helping farmers produce traditional arable crops and healthy nut harvests.
Growing productive trees alongside crops such as corn and wheat helps with soil erosion, getting rainwater to penetrate fields and provides a bio diverse habitat for insects, birds and animals.
