WOW. We’re going to be at the Women of the World Festival 11th-13th March, @wowglobal. We’ve loved Women of the World for years: if you don’t know them, they are a festival dedicated to showcasing the artistic and scientific achievements of women, girls and non-binary people throughout the world.

And this year, we get to be part of it. For the duration of the festival weekend, 11th - 13th March, we’ll be running a stall in their marketplace in the Royal Festival Hall, London, in the heart of the Southbank.

Although the events are ticketed, the marketplace is free to come and wander around. We’ll be selling a range of female-focused Different Kind items - but we won’t be the only people worth checking out. Jewellers Tatty Devine will be there with the official WOW merch.

You can learn how to mix (music not cakes) with Omnii Collective, manage finances with the Women’s Budget Group and how to care for your plants with L’Appartment. In terms of speakers, you can also hear from writers and thinkers who cover all aspects of women’s experiences, ranging from Marian Keyes to Angela Davis.

For us, being part of WOW is about being part of celebrating the achievements of others. It’s a great way to find out what other women are creating, doing and thinking about. It’s not just a fun weekend activity - it’s an exchange of ideas and a place to find hope.
