We’d say it was the small things in life, but this isn’t just small batch, it’s micro-batch. Harth like to concentrate on doing a few things really well, and their range of bars, truffles and hot drinks proves that their handmade and high-end philosophy is bearing delicious fruit.
Founded by business partners Rebecca Rogers and Richard Buckley, Harth was initially a side project the two restauranteurs started in the era of Covid lockdowns.
All the cocoa and sugar used in Harth Chocolate is organically certified, as are the rest of the natural ingredients that go into each bar. The packaging is plastic free and either recyclable, reusable or compostable.
Why they are different:
They are inspired by both home and hedgerow. Harth is the Old English spelling of hearth, pointing to the warmth and comfort their products bring. But Harth are also inspired by the outdoors, by wide skies, campfires and winter rituals from long ago.
Why they are kind:
In addition to their environmental concerns, Harth also donate a percentage of their profits to various local charities.
