Donkey Disco dark chocolate postcard
It’s a postcard, with all the trad features like a place to write and a place to stick a stamp, but it’s also a slim box with a chocolate bar inside.
ARTHOUSE Unlimited work with adults with severe epilepsy or learning difficulties to create amazing art and this picture, the brilliantly named Donkey Disco, is a print from an original piece by artist Jack Churchyard. When it’s - carefully - unwrapped you’ll find a bar of dark chocolate, mixed with rosemary and chopped almonds.
The combination of rosemary and almonds was new to us (new to us in chocolate, not on roast lamb), but it’s incredible. We also like that ARTHOUSE Unlimited have their own mission, but are also keen to collaborate with others who care about their impact. So, this chocolate is made with locally sourced, sustainable cocoa and is part of the Cacao-Trace sourcing programme. This programme builds upon the farmers' local knowledge and expertise and empowers them to be more productive and sustainable
The colour and vibrancy in Jack Churchyard’s artwork also make it a wonderful postcard to send with cheerful thoughts.
