Relax & Let Go organic herbal tea

Hackney Herbal’s blended teas are unexpectedly pretty. “They look like dried flowers,” we said to each other. Which shouldn’t have been a surprise, as each tea is quite literally made from dried flowers and herbs, but ‘pretty’ isn’t where you would normally go with tea. Hey ho. You live and learn.

The Relax and Let Go blend contains lemon balm, rose, skullcap, lavender and chamomile, which can help you wind down and get to sleep or be drunk to relieve stress and tension during the day.

It’s brilliant and fascinating, what Hackney Herbal do. Their herbal products are all produced from plants growing in community gardens around east London. They use the proceeds to work with the people in the area, bringing them together to share herb knowledge and experience the mental and physical benefits of group gardening outside.
