The beans for Redemption Roasters’ coffee are roasted inside prisons, helping prisoners gain useful skills and lower reoffending rates. Former offenders are also employed in Redemption’s coffee shops.

Bristol bakery Step and Stone work with young adults who have learning disabilities, helping them into employment.

Good & Proper Tea want to shake up the tea industry. By developing relationships with all of their suppliers they can address problems in each locality.

Fruits of the Forage collect fruit from old hedgerows and abandoned orchards. Their aim is to prevent food waste, but also to encourage biodiversity and preserve Britain's farming traditions.

Different Made is our own brand where we collaborate with smaller producers. Our vegan honeycomb is made by Grace Chocolates in Scotland who help women who have interacted with the justice system.

Step and Stone rosemary & salt lavosh - Ingredients: Rosemary & Sea Salt: rapeseed oil, dried rosemary (2%), sea salt (2%), baking powder (raising agents: disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate; rice flour). The lavosh is made in a kitchen that handles sesame seeds, nuts and eggs. Store in an airtight container after opening. Nutritional Info (per 100g): Fat 16g, of which Saturates 1.4g, Carbohydrates 64g, of which sugars 0g, Protein 11g, Salt 2.3g.

Good and Proper English Breakfast Tea - Black tea grown in Kangaita, Kirinyaga District, Kenya, Khongea Estate, Assam, India, Dimbula, Sri Lanka. Product will keep for up to 12 months in an airtight container in a cool and dry environment. Packaging: whole leaf tea bags are 100% compostable, Natureflex internal bag , outer cardboard box.

Fruits of the Forage hogweed chutney - Ingredients: Pumpkin (37.2%), raw cane sugar, distilled malt vinegar (distilled malt vinegar, salt), apple, onion, tomato, parsnip, sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, chilli, spices (hogweed seed (0.05%), black mustard seed). Nutritional Information per 100g: Energy 717kJ/170kcal, Fat 4.2g, of which saturates 0.45g, Carbohydrate 32g, of which sugars 30g, Fibre 0.9g, Protein 0.8g, Salt 0.03g.
