Every item we sell is made by a producer dedicated to changing the world for the better. Here’s how your gift is making a difference. 

Working for Maison Bengal means women in rural Bangladesh have jobs that not only value traditional craft skills but also can be done from home and fit around childcare. 

Chantal Cody operates as The Chocolate Detective and her operating model aims to keep more of the business of chocolate, and therefore more of the money, in the country’s where the beans originate. 

Good & Proper Tea want to shake up the tea industry. By developing relationships with all of their suppliers they can address problems in each locality. 

The beans for Redemption Roasters’ coffee are roasted inside prisons, helping prisoners gain useful skills and lower reoffending rates. Former offenders are also employed in Redemption’s coffee shops. 

Bristol bakery Step and Stone work with young adults who have learning disabilities, helping them into employment.

The Clink run restaurants inside prisons, meaning that inmates can work and gain knowledge and qualifications for food and hospitality positions. 

Fruits of the Forage collect fruit from old hedgerows and abandoned orchards. Their aim is to prevent food waste, but also to encourage biodiversity and preserve Britain's farming traditions. 

DifferentMade is our own brand where we collaborate with smaller producers. Our jam is made in conjunction with Aunty Val’s Ability Centre. Everything within their organisation has been designed to give people with disabilities the opportunity to work. The candles are produced by Real Inspiration who provide craft-based workshops and training in a therapeutic environment. And the vegan honeycomb is made by Grace Chocolates in Scotland who help women who have interacted with the justice system.

The Chocolate Detective Three French hens eggs - Our Three French Hens Egg box contains 4 brown eggs filled with salted caramel ganache, 4 pink eggs filled with a crispy hazelnut praline, and 4 white eggs filled with praline. Good and Proper English Breakfast Tea - Black tea grown in Kangaita, Kirinyaga District, Kenya, Khongea Estate, Assam, India, Dimbula, Sri Lanka. Product will keep for up to 12 months in an airtight container in a cool and dry environment. Packaging: whole leaf tea bags are 100% compostable, Natureflex internal bag , outer cardboard box.

Redemption Roasters Coffee - 250g

Step and Stone Biscotti - hazelnut, cardamon & orange - Weight: 140g. Hazelnut cardamom and orange: Ingredients: wheat flour, caster sugar, hazelnuts, eggs, orange extract (ethanol, oil of orange, water), baking powder (raising agents, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, rice flower) sea salt, cardamon. The biscotti is made in a kitchen that handles sesame seeds, nuts and eggs.
