Everything within their organisation has been designed to give people with disabilities the opportunity to work. The honey is made by Bees & Refugees who use beekeeping to help displaced people deal with trauma. The candles are produced by Real Inspiration who provide craft-based workshops and training in a therapeutic environment. And the vegan honeycomb is made by Grace Chocolates in Scotland who help women who have interacted with the justice system.

A touched of spiced honey is balanced by brisk acidity and a touch of salinity—making the finish long and balanced.
Winston Blanc de blanc NV - 100% Chardonnay. 750ml. 12% ABV. Tasting notes: Delightfully fresh with vibrant acidity and impeccable balance. Crisp green apple notes alongside white blossom, grapefruit and lemon zest. Delicate notes of kumquat are leading the way with flinty minerality with a hint of patisserie softness. The wine finishes crisp, clean and refreshing.
Forty Hall Sparkling Brut 2019 - 12% ABV. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Certified Organic. Natural and unfiltered. Vegan. A golden hue reveals expressive aromas and defined flavours of citrus testiness, ripe orchard apples and Comice pears with a touch of fruit salad. Two years lees ageing lends further pastry and brioche notes to the mid palate.
Forty Hall Ortega 2023 - Certified Organic, Natural and unfiltered, Vegan, 11% ABV. Medium bodied, zesty, crisp and fruity. 750ml.
Glen Wyvis Whisky - Batch 01/19. 46.5% ABV. 4 years aged. Tasting Notes: Nose - Sweet grape and honeysuckle blossom. Palate - Bramley apple sauce and fruit crumble. Finish - Long, unmistakable oak with dark chocolate and clove. 700ml.
San Patrigiano 'Avi' Sangiovese Superiore Riserva DOC 2019 Red Wine - 100% Sangiovese. 13.5% ABV. 750ml. Tasting notes: Garnet red colour. The bouquet is broad and features hints of violet, plum and Marasca cherry. The palate is elegant, with the structure and velvety tannins of Sangiovese typical of our terroir. The pleasant sapidity leaves a finish with inviting hints of fruits of the forest, leather and liquorice. 18 months aged in oak barrels.
